ActFIRST

ActFIRST

We launched ACTFIRST as a global ambassador-based community connecting monthly impact initiatives across 7 countries and 17 cities, carried out by 41 FRC and 6 FTC ambassadors. With this structure, we aim to make social responsibility and outreach activities more planned, sustainable, and measurable.

We officially launched the system during our FIRST IN ACTION conference, aligning the first monthly theme with October 11, International Day of the Girl Child, and opening participation to teams worldwide. Our goal is to unite individual efforts under a shared vision and create meaningful, lasting impact on a global scale.

At the core of ACTFIRST, we design monthly missions aligned with international awareness days. Each mission provides teams with a clear theme, direction, and objectives, removing the need to start from scratch and fostering a shared culture of action. We plan missions in three difficulty levels—easy, medium, and hard—so teams can participate according to their capacity and grow their skills.

We intentionally structured ACTFIRST not as a competition, but as an inclusive, accessible system that encourages continuous participation, collaboration, and sharing. All teams are welcome to contribute, produce, and learn together.

To ensure sustainability, we document and report each project, including participant numbers and societal impact. Through these reports, activities evolve into a growing body of shared knowledge, allowing teams to learn from each other, improve project development skills, and become more confident and capable leaders.

To expand our reach, we hold regular outreach and briefing sessions, connecting with an average of 10 teams per week to invite them into the community. As a result, ACTFIRST quickly became a strong, international network, directly reaching 10,542 people in just 4 months and generating high-impact outcomes globally.

Through ACTFIRST, we have created more than a project, we have built a sustainable community and impact ecosystem centered on shared values.
