PAYASTEM — SPARC 5665

PAYASTEM is an education and impact center that we, as Fenerbahçe Doğuş SPARC 5665, have been running in Hatay since 2015 to create equal opportunities through STEM education, prepare young people for future careers, and support social development. At our center, we provide hands-on training in robotics, Python programming, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and project-based learning.

After the 2023 earthquakes, PAYASTEM became an active part of the recovery process. We included 53 earthquake-affected students in our team and supported them through FRC training programs. Today, these students organize STEM workshops for children aged 5–10 and share their knowledge with the community.

Within PAYASTEM, we also conduct vocational training and skill development programs for women, supporting them in production, entrepreneurship, and workforce skills. In addition, our Sparc-ing Young Minds program has reached 976 students in areas such as scientific research, robotics, coding, and cybersecurity.

Today, PAYASTEM continues to serve not only as an education center in Hatay, but also as a sustainable model that expands access to knowledge, strengthens social solidarity, and empowers individuals to look toward the future with hope.
